How It Works
A simple, careful process for every single order — because your clothes should come back exactly right.
Fill in the booking form: your name, phone, area in Amherstburg, number of bags, and anything bulky like a duvet. We confirm your pickup with you.
We collect your laundry and weigh it at pickup. It is $2 per lb with a 15 lb minimum — so the smallest order is $30. You always know the weight and price before any washing.
Your order is tagged with your name and stays in its own basket the whole way through. Orders are never mixed together.
Stains are treated first, and blankets and duvets are always washed alone, by the piece. Please note: delicates are not accepted.
Everything is fully dried, then folded neatly so it is ready to put away the moment it arrives.
Your finished order is packed, tagged and delivered back to your door. That step is exactly what it says: washed, folded & brought back.
